Piezoelectric ceramic sensors can convert dynamic pressure fluctuations into electrical signals. When the system accelerates, corresponding forces are generated. Acceleration sensors can be used in the dynamic balance system of automobile wheels. Ultrasonic flowmeters can be tested using two different test principles: Doppler effect and transmission wave running time test. In both test methods, the piezoelectric ceramic transducer needs to be installed on the inner wall of the tube at a certain angle, and the ultrasonic wave is emitted from it to the direction of the liquid flow. The Doppler effect is tested by the frequency shift formed by the reflection of the ultrasonic waves through the free particles in the liquid. The faster the liquid velocity, the greater the frequency shift between the transmitted front wave and the received front wave. When testing in this way Only a single piezoelectric ceramic transducer is needed, and it will take into account the functions of transmitting and receiving. Testing using the running time of the transmitted wave requires two piezoelectric ceramic transducers, which both transmit and receive ultrasonic waves along the flow direction and the counter-flow direction. No matter what kind of test principle is used for testing, there will be an overlap between the sound wave velocity and the flow velocity.
