Methyl silicone oil has the advantages of a wide temperature range, high insulation strength and good moisture resistance. Neutral silicone oil cleaning agent is a dilutable concentrated liquid that is used after being diluted with water, which will emulsify, penetrate and peel the residual silicone oil on the surface of the workpiece. The pH is a neutral water phase system, thereby replacing the traditional solvent and surface activity. A high-efficiency cleaning formula that complies with laws and regulations can be formulated by simply adding water. At the same time, it is easily biodegradable, low odor, no alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether (APE), no corrosiveness, and passed the RohS test.
In terms of use, the cleaning effect of silicone oil cleaning agent is more obvious when used with ultrasonic. Because the strong shock wave is generated when the cavitation bursts, the silicone oil is peeled off under the action of the shock wave, that is, dispersed and peeled off, plus the silicone oil cleaning in the ultrasonic cleaning The agent solution itself greatly improves the cleaning force through ultrasonic vibration. At the same time, by increasing the temperature of the cleaning liquid and the cleaning time, it is more conducive to the cavitation effect. Therefore, in application, for uncured silicone oils of different viscosities, the concentration of the solution can be appropriately increased, the temperature of the cleaning liquid can be increased, and the cleaning time can be prolonged.
